Photo Release

By participating in Cogito Debate, I grant permission to Cogito Debate to use my photograph publicly to promote Cogito Debate. I understand that these images may be used in various forms of media including print publications, videos, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I acknowledge that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

SPRING & FALL SEMESTERS

100% REFUND: Cancellations made within 7 days of the enrollment date and/or 30 days prior to the program start date will receive a 100% refund (less a $25.00 processing fee).

50% REFUND: Cancellations made less than 30 days from the program start date will receive 50% of paid tuition refund (less a $25.00 processing fee).

NO refund: Once the program starts, no refund is to be granted for any reason; a prorated credit is issued to families for other classes, camps, workshops, etc.

Ways to cancel your class:
You may cancel by phone or email at info@cogitodebate.com and copied to accounts@cogitodebate.com. Refunds take up to 5-7 business days to be returned to your
original method of payment.

Mid-Session Withdrawals: We do not grant prorated tuition refunds for withdrawing from the class mid-session. No refund, No prorate refund, No credit to be granted, NO EXCEPTION at all.

By proceeding with your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by our refund policy outlined above.

Class Changes/Cancellations

Cogito Debate reserves the right to change or cancel classes as necessary.

Attendance Policy:

Class Attendance: It is requested that all students attend every class session, as each class builds on new information.

Missed Classes: If a student is unable to attend a class, it is requested that the student and/or parent coordinate with the coach to obtain the appropriate materials.

Tardiness: Teachers will be available in the classroom 15 minutes prior to the start of class. Students are encouraged to arrive up to 15 minutes early to avoid being tardy. If a student is tardy more than two times, a notification will be sent to the parent with a request to address the situation.

Late pick up: Parents are required to pick up their children on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided after the scheduled end time. After this grace period, a fee of $50 will be charged every 30 minutes of late pick-up.
